The Service performs mathematical computations based on tax code provisions and the data you provide. It does not constitute tax advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any professional advisory service.

The Service, including its computation engine, algorithms, source code, user interface, documentation, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Veritas Tax Engine and protected by copyright, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Wilmington, Delaware.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
